We make every effort to display our products and their colors accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual colors of the products due to variations in screen settings and lighting conditions during photography.

- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of all applicable taxes
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- The price displayed at the time of order confirmation is the final price
- We are not obligated to honor pricing errors caused by technical glitches — we will contact you to confirm before processing such orders
3.3 Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. If a product you have ordered is unavailable, we will contact you to offer an alternative or process a full refund as per our Refund & Returns Policy.
4. Orders and Acceptance
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. Your order is not confirmed until we accept it.

- Order confirmation is sent via WhatsApp or email once payment is verified
- We may cancel orders that appear fraudulent or violate these Terms

5. Payment Terms
We accept payments via UPI (Unified Payments Interface) using the UPI ID renusubash2020@okicici. By making a payment, you agree to the following:
- Payment must be completed before order processing begins
- You are responsible for any UPI transaction charges levied by your bank
- We are not liable for payment failures due to technical issues at the bank or UPI gateway end
- Always include your order reference in the payment note for faster verification
- Receipt of payment will be confirmed via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery terms are detailed in our Shipping Policy. Key points:
- We ship to addresses within India only
- Shipping is free on all orders
- Estimated delivery time is 3-10 business days depending on location
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided
- You must provide an accurate and complete shipping address
7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
We offer exchanges only (no cash refunds) within 7 days of delivery, subject to conditions. Full details are in our Refund & Returns Policy.
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags intact
- Original packaging must be preserved
- Exchange is issued as store credit, not cash refund
- Damaged or wrong items received must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to product images, descriptions, logos, graphics, and text, is the property of Bagyavathi Sarees and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and applicable intellectual property laws.
- You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or resell our content without written permission
- You may share product links on social media for personal, non-commercial purposes
- Trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the website are our property and may not be used without consent
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bagyavathi Sarees shall not be liable for:

- Delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)
- Issues arising from inaccurate shipping addresses provided by you

Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
10. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, fires, riots, strikes, government actions, pandemics, internet failures, or disruptions in courier services.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.
Before initiating legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us to attempt amicable resolution. As required by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, we will attempt to resolve consumer complaints within 30 days of receipt.
12. Dispute Resolution
- Any dispute will first be attempted to be resolved through amicable negotiation
- If unresolved within 30 days, either party may initiate legal proceedings
- Consumer complaints can also be filed with the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
